Birth to 3 Program

About the Program

The Prevention Initiative Birth-3 program is offered at LIFT. This program is a grant-funded program that works with the most at-risk families and helps in parent education, mental health, and community resources.

Our Mission

Our mission is to positively impact child development and nurture healthy parent-child relationships during a child’s most critical years.  As initial planning is important, it is also critical to understand the needs of the families so strategic planning for home and sight based activities can be further targeted. To promote long lasting bonds with families within the school district while providing developmental appropriate lessons and gross and fine motor, self-help/adaptive skills, social emotional, cognitive development and language skills.
