Mission Statement
The mission of the Arland D. Williams, Jr. Elementary School is to create a safe learning environment of high academic standards and behavior, which allows each student to achieve one's highest level of achievement. By working as a team of students, parents, and staff, we will help our students appreciate the value and importance of their education.
