Due to upcoming renovations to the MHS Main Gym this spring, we have made the necessary changes to graduation including date, time, and location. We are excited to announce an outdoor ceremony at MHS Gaines Field on Saturday, May 18th at 7 p.m.
There will be no guest limit per graduate, and tickets for this year's ceremony will not be required to attend. We will have outdoor seating available with handicap accessibility. A decision to implement the rain date of Sunday, May 19th at 2 p.m. will be made by 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 18th.
Further communication on procedures and practices will come at a later date. With respect to the planning of graduation parties and families traveling into town to celebrate our graduates, our goal was to get the initial communication out to our families as soon as possible. We look forward to celebrating our Class of 2024 and being a part of their next great chapter. Hail Greenwave!
