Mattoon High School (MHS) is kicking off the festive season with a series of themed Holiday Dress-Up Days running December 8-12. Students and staff are encouraged to join in the fun and show their school spirit throughout the week.
December 8 – Team Grinch or Team Santa:
Wear green or red.
December 9 – Christmas Character Day:
Dress as a school-appropriate holiday character.
December 10 – Holiday Sock Day:
Show off your most festive holiday socks.
December 11 – “Ugly” Christmas Sweater Day:
Break out your most wonderfully tacky Christmas sweater.
December 12 – Holiday Pajama Day (Polar Express):
Wear school-appropriate cozy pajamas inspired by The Polar Express.
Festivities continue all month long with door-decorating contests and additional seasonal activities. MHS encourages everyone to participate and help spread holiday cheer throughout the school.
