Fifteen Mattoon Middle School Students Selected for the ILMEA District 5 Honor Band and Honor Choir

After a rigorous audition process, Mattoon Middle School is proud to announce the following students were selected for the ILMEA District 5 Honor Band and Honor Choir.

Honor Band:  

7th Graders - Addi Heaton, Maddy Pugh  

8th Graders - Zoey Connour, Havanna Hutton, Addison Perkins, Evie Shafer, Kenadie Spraker

Honor Choir: 

7th Graders - Abel Allen, Charlee Compton, Harper Hild  

8th Graders - Wren Kinkley, Riley Nelson, Lennon White

Jazz Band - Landon Brown

Vocal Jazz - Maddy Pugh

They will perform at Eastern Illinois University on Saturday, November 22nd.
