This morning we received notification of a boiler malfunction at Mattoon Middle School, resulting in an Emergency Day on Wednesday, January 17th for MMS only. After isolating the leak and replacing the pipe, we are happy to announce that the boiler has been repaired and is fully operational.
We would like to extend our appreciation to our MMS families along with staff members at the building. Thank you for your flexibility and patience during this time.
We would also like to thank our maintenance crew for their quick resolve.
MMS students and staff will resume a regular schedule tomorrow, Thursday, January 18th.
