Riddle and Williams Elementary students showcased their reading skills during the 2026 Battle of the Books competition held April 30.
The annual event challenges student teams to demonstrate their knowledge of the Bluestem Book list through a series of questions focused on reading comprehension and book details. Students first competed in battles at their home schools, with the top two scoring teams from each grade level advancing to the final competition at Riddle Elementary.
