The Mattoon High School (MHS) Youth Mini Sports Camps concluded a successful summer season, providing students entering 3rd through 8th grade in Mattoon with opportunities to learn and participate in a wide variety of athletics. Throughout the summer, participants explored 12 different sports, including soccer, basketball, football, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, wrestling, cheer, dance, cross country, and track and field. Camps were offered to Mattoon residents at no cost.
MHS would like to express appreciation to Hastings & Havlik Family Dentistry in Mattoon for their generous sponsorship of the camps. Appreciation is also extended to the dedicated coaches, talented athletes, and supportive families who came together to make this summer a success.
