Katrina Farris, director, Birth-3 Program, Amanda Titus, teacher, Franklin Preschool and preschool students Nevaeh Morecraft and Caroline Spangler demonstrated at the December 14, 2021 school board meeting how the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People have been integrated into both the Birth-3 Program and Franklin Preschool. Morecraft and Spangler said their favorite habits were synergy (because of playing with friends) and being proactive because it means they are in charge of themselves. A video was also presented of a preschool student leading a parent conference. In the video, Titus and the student are reviewing the student’s assignments with the parents. Titus asked the student questions about the work and projects and the student explained and recalled what they had learned.
