Throughout the school year Mattoon Rotary recognizes one Senior male and female at their monthly luncheon as "Students of the Month". Students are nominated by MHS staff and the selection criteria includes outstanding academic achievement and citizenship. This past Thursday was the first Learning Walk of the year. During Learning Walks, some of our staff and administration take tours throughout our different schools and are guided by students. While there, they get to visit various rooms to discover how students are learning and leading. Pictured are the learning walk guides from Williams Elementary.
