Sarah Bush Lincoln is offering Back to School Physicals on Wednesday, June 7 from 5-7 PM at the SBL Family Medical Center (200 Richmond Avenue East, Mattoon, Illinois).
The $20 appointment fee will be donated to the Mattoon Sports Booster Club.
