Mattoon Schools are grateful for a recent donation from Bimbo Bakeries through its Good Neighbor Project. The bakery provided one hundred school supply bags at the beginning of the school year, giving twenty bags to each school. Each bag included essentials such as a folder, notebook, pencils, and a sharpener. Our elementary schools also received clothing items.
The district appreciates Bimbo Bakeries continued commitment to support local students and assisting children through community focused initiatives.
