Douglas-Hart Nature Center is offering free classes for our students! The first session will be Basic First Aid, on January 18th, from 5-7. These will continue every third Tuesday of the month until May. This is a free opportunity with dinner provided. The MMS Mass Media class has been hard at work taking orders for custom shirts, bulletin cuts, and holiday orders. Yesterday these two leaders helped cut over 46 sheets of bulletin board letters!

At MMS, our teachers go above and beyond ensuring we stay up-to-date on current trends in education. One way our teachers participate in professional development is through book studies. This morning a group of teachers met to discuss "Leading The Evolution" by Mike Ruyle. Awesome job Wildcats!

Our amazing 6th, 7th, and 8th grade FACS students worked hard to prepare, bake, and bag 986 cookies to be handed out to visitors during the MMS Winter Wonderland on December 16th.
The JH Wrestling Meet at Mt Zion scheduled for Thursday, December 16th has been canceled by the host due to illness.
There will not be a MMS Boys Basketball game tonight (Tuesday, December 14th) at Central A&M. Prior to Covid, we did play them the game was carried over from those schedules, but now we are no longer on the Central A&M schedule.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Coaches will be in contact shortly about any substitute plans, like having a practice tonight.
