On Monday, August 15 MCUSD #2 welcomed teachers back to school for the 2022-'23 year. The year was kicked off by welcoming Muriel Summers as the keynote speaker. Muriel is the co-author of the best-selling The Leader In Me and the former principal of A.B. Combs Elementary school, the inaugural Leader In Me school. We are proud to be a Leader In Me school and were beyond thrilled to have Muriel speak with us today and tour some of our schools.
