Students in Mrs.Wetzel’s 1st grade class at Williams made shape pizzas recently. Students had to build their own pizzas and add toppings of their choice. Then they had to count the number of each variety of topping and fill out a chart.
Such a fun way to learn!

Riddle Elementary students continue to work hard on their school homecoming float. Students in Mr. Niemerg's art class, who finished their assigned work, helped to paint some glowing signs for the parade this past week. Excitement is in the air for the HOCO parade this Wednesday (9/21)!

This past Thursday was the first Learning Walk of the year. During Learning Walks, some of our staff and administration take tours throughout our different schools and are guided by students. The 7th grade Ag classes at MMS have been working on a seed-saving unit learning how saving seeds can save money and be beneficial for future years.

Kinnaman's First Grade class at Williams Elementary, they read, "The Giant Jam Sandwich", in which a town gets invaded by wasps and community members must work together to create a trap. Afterwards, students collaborated with their peers to create and name their own wasp traps! The entire class synergized and some amazing ideas came to life!
