Mr. Mann, the elementary band teacher, will be visiting 5th grade classes this week to pass out information to students about joining the 5th grade band.
Families are encouraged to review the information that goes home, and those that are interested in signing their student up for band will please plan on attending our official informational and sign-up meeting on Monday, August 29, in the Williams Elementary School Cafeteria, beginning promptly at 5:30pm.
Mr. Mann will then review important points from the information packet, The Music Shoppe will discuss renting instruments and the services they provide, and families can formally sign up for band!
If you are unable to attend the meeting or have any questions, please reach out to Mr. Mann at alekmann@mcusd2.com. The meeting will be recorded, so those unable to attend will still be able to watch.

Mrs. Grabiec's 3rd grade class at Williams Elementary has been reviewing Habit 3- Beginning with the End in Mind, as a part of the 1st 8 Day’s curriculum. The 3rd grade team shared this activity for the kids to work on.
In teams, students had to get their worm through the candy ring by only touching paper clips. The students had fun with it!

Announcing 2022-2023 auditions for MHS Green Wave Singers! Open auditions will be held on Thursday, August 25th and Friday, August 26th between 7:45 am-8:30 am in the choir room! Please prepare a portion of any song that best suits your voice. You do NOT have to be enrolled in choir to audition. All students are welcome!
