This past week the Birth-3 program had fun with our Parent Ed event. We learned how to make picky eaters love fruits and veggies. We made fun art projects that you could EAT! Every child made yummy snacks and went home with snack kits to do at home. Each family also got a cookbook focused on making food fun. #MCUSD2 #Mattoon #Birthto3

Franklin Preschool had their annual Fun Day on Friday, May 20th. Students were able to visit different stations that consisted of a Carnival in the school gym, rock painting for the butterfly garden, two bouncy houses, snow cones, a train ride, and rocket launchers on the playground. There were also special Paw Patrol visitors as well! Special thanks to all those that volunteered to help make this possible. We couldn't hold big events for our students without all the help we receive from the community, school district, and different organizations around Mattoon.

Franklin Preschool recently raised $600 dollars with our annual penny wars fundraiser! Money raised went to Camp New Hope to help with their summer programs.
